Chipotle Mexican Grill

"The person serving me food, but barely any rice on my burrito, and when I asked for double meat, he only gave me half the amount. I know other chipotle locations that give much bigger portions. Would recommend going to a different chipotle."

"Counted 5 employees working behind the counter and 2 people waiting in line to order. An employee turned around from talking to his coworkers to say "We'll be right with you" then turned right back around and started chatting with his coworkers. I waited a few more minutes to nobody helping. Instead they were chatting amongst themselves. I was forced to leave because nobody would help me. I've heard story after story about this specific Chipotle and how terrible their service is. Always missing ingredients, inconsistent service, and overall unclean and unkept restaurant. I will be boycotting this location and advise others to do the same until they get their management and team under control."

"Last review before me said they're better than they used to be... They were "out of cheese" for 2 straight days including the day they wrote the review. Not sure what they're doing considering they advertise their always fresh food but can't get cheese that's on 95% of the menu items"

"If I could choose NA for food, service and atmosphere I would since we didn't get to experience that part. So we showed up to have dinner only to find they are closed. Sometime was around the side unloading a pickup so we went and verified they were actually closed. They said at first because of the weather. In my 54 yrs of life and in all my time managing/ working at a restaurant have never used weather as an excuse. It had just come out of near 0° temperature, it was 15° at this time. The walkways and parking had not been cleared of snow etc. I don't feel like weather is a valid excuse. Then they said they didn't get their delivery so corporate decided they should not open. Again in all my time managing/ working at restaurants, never had I had to close because of lack of food. I always could continue serving food for at least 3 days without a delivery. We had to go to another choice for dinner, a good choice that is, we went to Zeppo's, and to verify I want wrong I asked them if they would be able to continue serving food if they hadn't gotten a delivery and they said yes. Not to mention they WERE OPEN, and only around the corner from Chipotle. This place hired children to manage and operate their establishment, so you get a child's work ethics, people who don't want to with and don't care. We will just continue driving the extra 20 minutes to go to Qdoba in Moscow. UPDATE: In response, not sure what contacting you will do. It was made very clear with the excuses we got that people at this place don't want to work. People that read my reviews, so far more than 139,000, want to know what you are going to do to help. In my opinion, that would be to not close for ridiculous reasons. I'm not very forgiving in these instances."

"We were pleasantly surprised given all of the recent 1 star reviews. Store was well staffed (incredibly hard to do these days), and they were attentive and working hard. Food tasted like any other Chipotle, pretty good."
