Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

"Waited a half hour until posted time on their website. Didn't open for another hour! Supposedly their website had been updated just a few weeks prior and was still wrong. Upsetting since we were going out of town and couldn't wait any longer."

"I'm usually happy with papa Murphys. However one evening I went in with 15-20 minutes left until 8 pm to be open. As I walked in the young workers told me they were closed and they were finished cleaning up and putting stuff away. This is unacceptable."

"Normally I'm super happy with this place and unfortunately tonight was the exception. I asked for extra toppings on both pizzas as I always do and didn't get it like normal. Then I used my my slice rewards to get a cheesy bread and was told at first I didn't get my discount because of it then a manager came out and said with me already getting a discount and it being $12 Tuesday that no other offers were valid. Mind you I've purchased from here on Tuesday before and never been told my discount was invalid. Just a fluke of a bad experience I hope."

"I asked for extra cheese on a family size pizza and I got this, this isn't even regular cheese let alone EXTRA cheese which I was charged for. I like there pizza but I feel more disappointed every time I go. It seems like there are fewer and fewer toppings on my pizza each visit and frankly if I still knew of another take and bake pizza place in town I would start going there cuz its hardly worth the money any more, when all I get is sauce and crust. So overall papa murphies you have disappointed me yet again and I don't know why I continue to expect anything else from you at this point."

"Papa Murphy’s is awesome.. however this location needs some help/ training. I always order the exact same thing for my family of 5. The last 5 times the pizzas have been sad looking. And less than normal amounts of toppings. And this is just this location. Tonight was the worst. We ordered a Hawaiian stuffed crust. And there’s little chunks of chicken(which yes, it happens) but you can clearly see the chunks on it even from a quick glimps , and barely any cheese and pineapple. It looks rushed. Example below. I think I woulda been better off ordering from a competitor. I only gave them 2 stars because I did see the manager wanted sign on the door, so im guessing they have no one to keep them accountable. I’ll try again in a little bit to see if maybe they’ve stepped their game up."
