Idaho Pizza Company

"Tonight ruined what would have been a good night with my family. We went and got ONE two topping pizza, bread sticks and salad bar. It was not busy and there were 3 tables with people already waiting for their food we soon found out. It took 45 minutes to get our bread sticks and ONE pizza. When we got it, the dough was not cooked all the way and had an excessive amount of pineapple and it looked like it was put on after the fact and reheated. Didn't even bother mentioning the pizza because we didn't want to wait another hour. Watched another family walk out right before and there were other families still waiting. Very disappointed and will be a while before we try it again."

"Spent $30 on a small treausure valley pizza with delivery fee & $5 tip included, pizza was delivered without the fresh tomatoes or green onions and immediately called in, but as it was an hour away from closing time once the pizza was delivered, they decided to send me a voucher in the mail rather than replace my pizza - which two weeks later I still have not received the voucher & will probably never see it. I love Idaho pizza but from now on will only order for pickup, so I can make sure I'm getting what I'm paying for."

"Absolutely ridiculous. Went out for lunch with family and both gals behind the counter couldn't figure out how to pour a beer out of the tap. The cups got filled like she was filling up water out of the sink, which left the cups with a smear of beer at the bottom of the cup and completely filled over the brim with foam. Seriously? We were going to order food but the pizza looked like crap and the staff was VERY unwelcoming from the minute we walked in. We walked in and immediately got a "get out" vibe from the staff, so after standing there for 10 minutes while these 2 girls figured out how to pour the beer we just sat with drinks to look for another place to go eat. Not sure if the food here would even be safe to eat with as foul of a mood as the whole staff seemed to be in."

"I was eating my salad (very delicious from the salad bar) and this little old lady came in for her pizza she had called-in. The Idaho Pizza employee said she couldn’t eat in the dining room and had to leave!!!My friend and I thought that was real rude considering it could be 100 degrees outside in her car. Most single old people are very lonely and don’t get people interaction unless they go visit a business. I was upset with how this old person was treated and confronted the Idaho Pizza employee and she said the manager created that rule. I’m going to call the other Idaho Pizza Co. and see if that rule is corporate wide or just here. I hope karma follows this manager as they become a old lonely person."

"Nice pizza. Everything tasted fresh and their chicken wings is must try. Place is super cool and retained the antique touch. Really enjoyed the experience and will recommend to any visitors in Ontario."
