"Ordered a hot green tea 2/20/24 around 2pm. I was given a Styrofoam cup with scalding hot water filled to the very top, a cold beverage lid that has a straw hole in the center, and a straw. I had to pull over to slowly and carefully pour out some of the hot water without burning my hands, and I had to remove the lid every time I drank the tea. Someone either doesn't know hot tea is not to be enjoyed like a soda beverage through a straw or they're just having a bad day. To the owner of this coffee place, that's a lawsuit waiting to happen; maybe a refresher course is needed on what cup goes with what and so forth."
