"when we pulled up the DB, there were 5 cars in-front, but we never expected to wait for 45 minutes. The worst part was that when we pulled up to the window the baristas did not take time to apologize for the long wait and had the audacity to ask for tip. As a regular customer, I’m very disappointed in today’s service."
