And opportunity for me,as well as my journey as a home caregiver.The time that I've spent with them Were very welcoming ,family oriented, flexible, understanding, kind and unique as a company. The training they have provided for me and Passion they have for there team and staff are excellent and one of a kind. They are a very professional establishment and devoted company. I recommend any home health aide or CNA to work for this establishment they have great benefits and an excellent structure for all caregivers. "I worked for them. Repeatedly staff members are late or no shows. Supervisors do not return calls. Supervisors claim to cover shifts, but are out doing their own agendas instead of being where they're supposed to be. I was terminated because a supervisor never showed, an hour after stating they would be there. They have a huge turn over rate for employees, and do not have professionalism. They work with individuals with MRDD and other special needs, but they can't even get staff to show up. Keep hiring kids...meth heads...people that show no professionalism, only need for a paycheck, but they'll fire employees at will. Do not work for them. Do not entrust your special needs with them. Find a better company that actually cares about both clients AND employees and has professionalism."
