"Bad customer service. I have been eating a full nelson with chicken for one year. Was told that they cannot do that anymore. In the one year sometimes they would charge me 12$ and sometimes 16$. Sometimes the bread would be really small and sometimes normal size. This place can't get it right, seems like employees are running the place and not management. I've had enough. Not recommending this place to anyone I know."

"Super cute little coffee shop with homemade pastries. The girls were super sweet. Beautiful area I loved visiting. Homemade pastries next door including apple fritter. The maple flavors were good! Homemade bread for the sandwiches. A little pricey but good."
"This place is legit. Service is kind. The bear claw is the size of an actual bear claw! And it is absolutely delicious!!! Some of the very best donuts around and I’ve eaten my share of donuts. Just the perfect balance of delicate and volume of the dough! Best maple bar I’ve ever had."
"Bread Basket is always one of my first stops when I am in Bonners Ferry. Their donuts and fry pies are to die for. But their sandwiches and breakfast burritos are also really good. I would recommend the huckleberry fry pie or the maple donut. My wife enjoys their gluten free lemon poppy seed bread. Their prices are also very good. Go earlier in the morning to make sure you have great options. If not they sell out of stuff."
