"I absolutely do not recommend this shop, the staff are incompetent and they have zero regard for customer service. I will never again spend any of my money here and I strongly caution anyone else from doing so. Here's my experience: I ordered parts from Performance Offroad online. After late shipping, it turned out they sent the wrong items. I should have realised that the staff here were completely useless when they ignored all of my initial information requests for combined shipping. After regretfully purchasing from them, I found they also barely responded to any emails regarding the return and refund of the incorrect items. Since they sent the wrong items, in the minimal email replies I did get from them, they did promise to refund me the return shipping costs as long as I provided a tracking number. Several days after they had received the returned items (which I fortunately was able to confirm via the tracking number), I was still not refunded my money and in the end eBay (who i used to purchase the items from Performance Offroad) had to step in to escalate the problem and force a refund, but could not refund the cost of return shipping, so not only did I receive the wrong items, but I'm now out of pocket for the return shipping costs of $25 now as well."
