"I went thru the drive through and it was busy so I had to pull over. The gentleman brought my food right away but I noticed the fries weren't as hot as I like them. Quickly and with a smile he said oh I'm sorry let me fix that for you. I waited maybe 30 seconds and another great and nice worker by the name of Hope brought me my hot fries. I was kind of in a grumpy mood but she put a smile on my face right away. Hope was sweet and knowledgeable about the items on my burger as I wasn't sure what came on it. Just her sweet attitude alone should either give her a raise or promoted to manager so she can hire and train workers to be just like her. I did not feel like a customer, I felt like a guest that mattered. Thank you Hope."

"I've gotten my orders not necessarily wrong here but things have been made the wrong way. I like that the food is assembled the same way every single time but this particular McDonald's has an issue with keeping things consistent. It's great food but it's just not consistent."
