"John spent 3.5 hours with my dogs and me two days ago. I adopted a senior Lab almost five months ago who is basically the perfect dog and a few weeks later, I brought in a stray puppy (about 1 year old), also a Lab, who has dominant tendencies and was not responding to training with the clicker method and positive praise. I love dogs but have never had one so head strong, sometimes mean toward me, energetic and crazy. I was at my wits' end when a friend recommended John saying her parents' experience with him and their dogs was "life changing." I called John and he scheduled to work with us two days later.
