"I made an apt for 11:00 am because that’s what time they opened and the soonest I could make the apt. I showed up at 10:45 early and the lady took at walk in. Before she even started with them she said I could leave my stuff all I needed was her to print my last year taxes. She said ok this wount take long. 1:30pm I’m still waiting to be seen. When it’s finally my turn she informs me she can’t find me in The system and that I need to go back to Iowa because that’s where they were done. I left called 2 other places with Jackson Hewitt and they pulled me up just fine all I needed to do was walk in a store and show my DL. So I wasted 2 and a half hours after my apt that was suppose to be at 11 to be turned away because the lady 1 didn’t know what she was doing or 2 just didn’t want to do her job because her friend was waiting to be seen after me.. never will I go back to them!!"
