"I truly wanted to use this service because it was woman owned and here locally. When calling I was told I would get a call and never received one. When I finally got a hold of someone, I was told that they were not taking anymore clients. The individual was very abrupt and left no room for conversation. Needless to say, this was very disappointing. I am sure that today was an off day but it just seems that there could have been a little more professionalism. I was not told I would be on a waiting list, never contacted, and was not even referred to another agency that could be of assistance. Truthfully I was just expecting more."

"I asked how much my taxes were going to be and could not get an answer. My situation is more complicated than a W-2 i have a couple house and some other investments. I wanted to to know if someone over the phone would be able to provide me with that number or atleast the formula they use for pricing. Then i realized i was talking to to an individual that didnt have that information, i asked if i could speak to someone that would be able to help me with my pricing question. I was then told nobody would know the exact amount or how to get to a final price until my taxes are done. -- Your telling me a building full of CPA dont have some drawn formula that a machine just tells them what the price of something is. Then the individual started to get emotional and pointed out that i was just 1 of over 800 clients they have. All in all im sure these people are good people but that one lady did not like the fact that i wanted to know how much something cost before i pay. But i would like to point out unti i started asking her questions and the person got insecure she was a nice lady."
