If you pay Julia to handle your small business's taxes then you can expect: unresponsiveness, miscommunication, pettiness, and bold unprofessionalism. If you attempt to clarify miscommunication, extra fees, or contradictions from her office then you can expect to be: insulted, contradicted, and hung up on multiple times. "I was recommended to Julia from another colleague. The first year the returns were done efficient and timely. The second year, I started reaching out to her in October and left multiple messages including text, voice and e mail. Never heard a word back. I finally got ahold of one of her assistants, who informed me that my taxes had never been field for the previous year because I had not payed a bill. That is one of the reasons I had been trying to contact her. I paid the bill and they claimed to have filed my taxes. I was charged an extra fee for a foreign refund that was never completed. I called and e mailed in follow up to that issue and have never heard back from anyone. Very frustrating and I suggest you find a more reliable CPA."
