"I went in on Tuesday to have them help me file 2 things for my small photography business. I was told that each thing would be about an hour and $150 per hour. Total of $300. I was happy to do it. They told me I would be sent a lines account login to pay before the services were done. Great. I never signed anything stating what I was being charged or how much and when. Basically a contract for the services. I received the account login later Tuesday but there was still no link on it to pay for the services. I figured it would take a big so I waited till Wednesday afternoon and still nothing. So I called and spoke with the front desk lady. She looked it up and said that it might take another day. Ni made it clear that I wanted to pay to make sure the services were done on time as the taxes preparing need to be done and submitted by that next Monday. So I waited another day till Thursday at noon and call again. The front lady said that she didn't know why at that point it wasn't done yet and she would have Julie call me. I never received a call from her till the next day. She reassured me that she had someone working on it and it would be done that day and that person would call me when it was done so I would know. Guess what... Never received a call and now it's the weekend and the taxes are due by Monday end of day. I ended up finally doing it myself after researching and asking for how to from other photographers on what they did. Now two months later I receive a bill for $300! Poor service, poor responsiveness. And I'm billed for both things I asked her to do and never did? How does that work?"
