Run by husband and wife very friendly and they can talk but do not know how to file, will make to think you are getting a certain amount but after you pay them and they file you get a letter from IRS and 20% of the money which was filed. It's just not me either my brother in law had the exact same experience. So read the reviews and believe that they are so correct."

I am still waiting for them to do an amended return because they haven't fixed their computer system yet. They didn't even call to tell me the system wasn't working. They told me once I arrived that they couldn't do an amended return yet."

They exhausted every avenue to find every possible deduction and they have educated me on ways to find further deductions. This is the third year I have used this office and my return is several thousand dollars higher than when I did it on my own.
