"I appreciate the knowledge and experience. Although some of the staff wasn't so nice. And the switch over in banks they use was not informative. My taxes were back for 2 months before I knew where they were. Sitting in an online bank drawing interest. And all the block could tell me was they didn't know where it was and that some people were waiting over a year to get their money. I've been a loyal customer for years. Will I use them this year? I'm on the fence with that. I will check other options."

"If I could give this place negative star's I would! We usually do our own taxes but opted out this year because of having some extras credits from solar panels and home improvements. HUGE mistake! We are well beyond the 21 days we E filed and still haven't seen our refund plus are not getting any updates on line thru IRS site. Plus we have not seen our third stimulus. Which we had 0 problems with the first two stimulus. Remarkably they told us we could pay outof our refund then we came home amd got a call saying it was a new rule this year that anything over a certain amount could not be done that way. So we had to pay them almost 500 dollars for doing our taxes in order for them to submit!. Now here we are can't figure out why we haven't gotten our refund or where our stimulus is and they are not helpful AT ALL! Basically they just say there is nothing they can do even though I have told them I am unable to reach anyone' from the IRS or anything! So we paid them 500 dollars for an hour job that they do nothing to ensure is correct and help with!Please do not use these guys!"

"Price to high and holding my money for so long after paying $400. Then you tell me I dont qualify for loan. I pay you all so much more than I have too every year and I still cant get my money. What's the point then? The people that helped me were all great and that was awesome, just the wait on loan to be denied was only dislike. Thank you and God bless everyone"
