"This year Miranda was the only reason we stay with JH and 5 star it was all her or we would have went H and H or somewhere else. They over schedule the people and walk ins mess up the appointments. Appointments should be a requirement it isn't fair we schedule one and show up 3 hours early at 9 am we didn't leave until 5 pm. They open at 11 but we got cheated out of our spot even though we was first there. They had 1 person to handle nearly a entire day of taxes. Everyone had at least a 4 hour wait. With 3-4 people waiting behind us. Add a child with you and its a disaster we were so extremely stressed out."
"I had to leave 1 star because I couldn’t leave them blank!! Worst customer service I have experienced!! The African American woman that was there was very rude! I told her who I was and I had a appointment!! She was on her phone and didn’t say have a seat or introduce herself so I sat down on my own and waited for her to disconnect!! She acted like it was absolutely killing her to do my simple return that took less than 20 minutes!! I will never use this service again!!"
