"This is the first Kuk Sool Won school in St. Louis. The owner and master of the school has been practicing for over 40 years himself, and has been a school owner in the area for 31+ years. New students are worked with to develop fundamentals at each students pace. Many students have attended the school for a decade or more. His teaching style is very traditional with emphasis on self-discipline, and mutual respect for all students and instructors. My two teenage children and myself have attended the school for nearly 6 years. If you are looking to get into shape with body weight exercises in a fun and motivational setting this is the spot to do it."

He has many classes to choose from for busy schedules, and the material he offers is extensive! You can even learn Korean drumming!
