Team Z MMA Fitness Center is a health institution located at 114 Four Seasons Shopping Center in Chesterfield, Missouri, United States. Founded by Masters Rob and Jim Zbilski in the late 80's, Team Z has a long history of success in kickboxing, with over 60 title belts won by their fighters. Now, they are bringing their knowledge and experience to all levels of students, from beginners to advanced. Their comprehensive MMA program includes Kickboxing, Thai Boxing, Wrestling, Brazillian Jiu Jitsu, street self defense, and Krav Maga. Located in St. Louis West County, Team Z MMA is just minutes away from Creve Coeur, Manchester, Town and Country, Maryland Heights, and Ballwin. Whether you want to look and feel like a UFC fighter or simply improve your fitness, Team Z MMA is the place for you.

"Nice place. Had a private session, wasn't my thing, but I suppose the trainer, owner I believe, knew his stuff. The place is large enough and clean to have a decent size class. Great work out nonetheless. Good location. But call ahead since they are not open all the time and they can be unresponsive at times."
"This gym is great! I attend for a good work out, but my younger brother and sister grapple here. The kids teams are always racking up medals. The trainers are dedicated and very flexible with schedules and helping you find the right level class. This place is a jewel, honestly, and I'm so glad they opened shop! Cancelled my gym membership and switched to coming here full time. Best decision I've made"
