"The show owner was quickly ready to help me. I showed him an embroidery hoop I had done some tension tests on and he immediately knew what was wrong. We pulled my sewing machine out and he was immediately able to tell me what was wrong and easily fixed the problem. He also taught me a couple of things and answered other questions I had.
