"Tracy's Dojo West is fantastic. The instructors are friendly and have a teaching style that my whole family really does well with (our ages range from 8 to nearly 40.) The teachers here are also genuine and accomplished fighters. They're the real deal. "I started here at Tracy's Karate back in October of 2018 to try to get back into shape (I'm now in the best shape of my life). Going here has been one of the best improvements to my life that I've ever experienced. The private lessons are customized for each student (each student has different strengths). The group classes are an excellent workout and are fun (I definitely prefer this over going to a traditional gym). The sparring classes are also fun and add additional cardio and you learn how to not get hit. On top of all of this, it is like becoming a part of a new family. Needless to say, Tracy's Karate West has changed my life for the better."
