"Visited from out of town and couldn’t say enough good things about this facility. Up to date equipment, very clean facility, and a huge amount of space. They also went above and beyond, we were scheduled to arrive from out of town after staffed hours and luckily they were able to arrange to where someone could let us in which they absolutely did not have to do. I wish I didn’t have to go back to my home gym because I got spoiled here. A must visit!"

"I’ve been a member for a number of years now and can’t speak highly enough of this gym. The owner and all of the staff are top notch. They care about your goals and genuinely care about you as a person. The quality of the equipment is great and has just continued to expand over the years. If group classes or personal training are your thing, they have great offerings regardless of your current physical shape. Now the thing I live the most - the people at the gym are normal, down to earth people. It’s not just a place with a bunch of ripped chads giving you the weird glance because you’re carrying some extra weight and trying to improve yourself. The people will cheer you on and celebrate your successes. They offer these “30 day challenges “ where you join up with like minded individuals to keep each other motivated and help with the challenges we all face when dealing with life and trying to get healthier.
