"Called to request an estimate and Rich said they don't do estimates. He only wanted to sell a $200 yearly service. I appreciate businesses wanting to make a buck, but when other companies are offering free estimates it just doesn't seem worth working with a company who wants to upsell you out of the gate. I passed on this company and went with the company that works with me."
"My family has used Higgins electric and even bought a service plan. Called today for an electrical outage at 1:30 and they said they would be out between 2:30-5:30. I get a call at 4:40 they aren’t able to come out. I do not have heat and two very small children. Them not calling until 4:30pm on a Friday made it impossible to even use another service company. Very disappointing and terrible customer service."
"Our technician called to see if he could arrive early, he examined the outlet in question. He went over his recommendations and fully explained several electrical things that I was unaware of. The job was completed very quickly and he educated me on how I could change some of my other outlets and what to look for to see if they're bad. He also explained how I could replace them myself to save money. Great experience!"

We have an older home and was not up to code and Higgins Electrical has us back in code The company updated all my switches, outlets, changed over fixtures and ran new lines in our house. Reasonable prices and was always on time!! Would recommend highly recommend them!"
