"I purchased a very expensive 2 stage American Standard HVAC unit from UHC&P in 2020 which never provided the efficiency or comfort that I was promised. I requested multiple service calls over 3.5 years but the techs didn't seem to understand their own product. I finally demanded an installation expert check out the programming and was told the unit was wired incorrectly as a 1 stage. When I requested a partial refund for the error, I was told he was mistaken and it was simply programmed incorrectly. All I know is the unit finally seems to work properly to engage both stages and balance Temps at all levels of my house. I am happy with what I have now but feel the incompetence of the crews robbed me of the full potential of comfort and energy efficiency that I was promised for this very expensiveand important unit in my home."

"There is never a good time for your furnace to go out but mine went out with single digit temperatures expecting. I had another company come out to give me a price to fix it and decided it wasn't worth spending that much money on a 20 year old furnace. I had several companies come out to quote a new furnace. United was very competitive with all the other companies and the Lennox furnace has one of the best reputations out there which made it a no brainer. What really got me is they actually temporarily fixed my old furnace for no additional charge so that my family wouldn't be stuck in a freezing house until they could get the new one installed! None of the other companies offered this and some of them wouldn't be able to install the new one for several days. I have 3 kids in the house and can't thank United Heating and Cooling enough for going above and beyond for my family! I have been telling everyone I know to use United!
