"I am divorced and have joint legal & physical custody of my children. The custody agreement (Major Decisions) requires both parents approve counseling of our children. My ex-wife, without my consent, engaged John Clements counselor who provided numerous counseling sessions to my children without my consent or knowledge. When I asked John Clements by phone earlier about his knowledge of our custody agreement, he said he was aware of it and believed it was okay to give his opinion and provide counseling to my children anyways. That appears to be unethical behavior from a licensed professional who would knowingly violate a court order. BEWARE BEWARE of these folks."
