I called Mike for a second opinion and he came right away and got the problem fixed for me and got us up and running. Also just had a great personality and was easy to talk with. He even assured me will call later to check and make sure everything is still going good. I definitely appreciate the help and the speed of the repairs."

"First, I took time after the air conditioning unit purchase/install to submit this review. I do not take poor business reviews lightly and look at my role in the negative experience. Mike Nelson is a friendly and effective salesman. He is NOT a respectable HVAC professional. I won’t go in to detail but welcome private inquiries about this review. Potential customers, get a second opinion before hiring Mike! Yes, your heat or air is out and you need a remedy today. I get it. That was my issue and my urgency cost me thousands in the 5 digits! Mike did not install an HVAC system as needed and planned. He installed two air conditioning units as stated previously. The units do not work with the HVAC system coils and this conflict has created damage requiring a total rehab. Additionally, Mike didn’t touch the hearing elements and now we are working with another professional to get heat. Again, reach out to me for details. And think twice about using Mike Nelson. There are quality professionals who service customers in SE Kansas who won’t F you over with a big friendly smile. Take a beat and give them a call."
