"We love midCITIES! The staff is so friendly and took such good care of my Lexie girl. She just had an oral surgery and the staff kept me up to date on her status throughout the entire day of her surgery. Surgery is never easy on our fur babies or on their humans, but midCITIES is wonderful and I knew she was in great hands. Dr. Carter takes such good care of her patients and you can really tell how passionate the entire team is about the health and well being of their patients."
"My dog is suffering from an ear infection. Unfortunately, due to allergies this has been a chronic issue for years. He has severe anxiety and is normally sedated for any exams or procedures. We have been seeing MidCITIES for about a year for his conditions. Yesterday, when I called to make an appointment for him, I was told that they were dismissing him as a patient because he takes too much ch of their time. Mind you, I have spent thousands of dollars at this facility and they have never mentioned the possibility of dismissal. They showed no concern for my dog and his situation and provided no resolution for my dog that was suffering from an infection. If you are looking for a place to dump your money into with no compassion, this is the place. I will not be taking any of my other animals here again and do not recommend."
"Staff was super friendly and accommodating with needing an apt ASAP for my kitten. The doctor was very informative and nice and made my family and kitten feel as comfortable as possible with the situation. The facility is clean and was decorated for Christmas, which helped ease the mood! Doctor Bailey was very informative and helpful with treatment and diagnosis!"
"This winter, during a snow storm, the clinic didn’t hesitate to take my Maggie May in last minute to give her stitches. We came today for her yearly vaccinations. My girl is highly anxious, and the staff here always puts her at ease! The clinic is so clean, and the staff are amazing with all clients-people or pups! Mags never hesitates to go in the door!"
