"Do not use Bross H&C. I got a new furnace and all was well with Rick running the business. They did not have the humidifier, & Michael the son, who now seems to be in control, said he would install in the fall. My daughter and I have contacted him 16 times and he promises and guarantees he will be here on a certain day and never comes. And no notice. It is clear he is not honoring his word and thinks it is funny to keep promising and never show. I am 80 yrs old and on oxygen 24/7 which dries out the nose. You cannot count on him to do the work he was paid for."

"I just cannot say enough good things about my experience with Michael. Our A/C was not working and it was nearly 90 outside. I called Michael and he was extremely professional and said he was on his way immediately. He arrived within 15 minutes of my call, and was able to quickly figure out what the problem was. A short time later, the A/C was back up and running! His prices were very reasonable and he is very knowledgeable at what he does. Also, he is just a super nice guy. If you have any home HVAC needs, you would be crazy to call anyone but him for help!!!"
