"First cold snap of the season, our furnace wouldn’t kick on, we found out on Friday. Owners called a competitor who came out and said it needed a new valve and would be the following week before they could get one. My wife knows Chip from her job, called them early Saturday, (after hours), by noon a technician was here and twenty minutes later had our furnace working again. Turned out to be a loose ground on the transformer. From the first phone call to the technician leaving, everything was professional, the technician Mac was very polite, extremely knowledgeable and even stayed to make sure everything was working as it should. My next call for any HVAC needs will be this company! Thank you again."
