"I want to start by saying doing business with this place was not my choice. When Frostbite closed this is who I had to deal with to finish out the year of my service contract. First they seem to be getting their arrival windows from the cable company where as they expect to you wait around for a window of 4 hours. According to who I spoke to they don't allow the technician to call you (which would have made it so much more easy to deal with) it was only after I had a part ordered through them that I got them to agree to call 30 minutes before they were planning on arriving. They fixed my furnace, but ever since it's made weird noises when it first starts up. Now why wouldn't I just have them come back and fix it? Because even though I had a service contract with them they felt it necessary to charge me $70 just to travel from Savannah to St. Joseph. That was the last straw. If they really think that's how to treat a customer then I'll find someone else. I honestly wish Craig had just given me a refund on the other half of my service contract rather than forcing me to do business with these people."
