"the therapist at this practice are great. however my experience with sue ellen was by far the worst experience i've had. i have never come across a psychiatrist that is so dismissive and invalidating. after every session i had with her caused a panic attack in my car because i feel so hopeless."

"If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I reached out several months ago to get an appointment with Cassie Dennis. I waited 3 weeks for my first appointment with Cassie. The morning of my first appointment, Cassie cancelled my appointment due to being ill. The next appointment I could get was ANOTHER 3 weeks out, but put me on a cancellation wait list, which put me on the schedule if someone were to cancel. I was able to get an appointment sooner due to a cancellation. BUT YET AGAIN, I got a message this morning saying she was ill and needed to cancel my appointment. This is now the SECOND TIME that I’ve been canceled on day of my appointment after several weeks of waiting. IF YOU WANT SERIOUS HELP DO NOT GO HERE. SEEK SOMEWHERE ELSE."

"Made an appointment for my daughter that had to be over a month out, already not thrilled but gave it a shot. Appointment day comes and daughter goes to the address from the website and wants 45 minutes to be seen by anyone and nothing. Husband called to find out what had happened and she apparently was in the wrong area of the building so unfortunately the doctor gets to speak to her for less than 10 minutes. She agreed to reschedule and what do you know, another month plus out to be seen. THEN I get a voicemail randomly from them telling me there was a cancelation so she could be seen in a few days if she wanted. Called back in less than a minute and it was already taken. Looking elsewhere, this is ridiculous. So, if you or your loved one needs care, I recommend going elsewhere"
