Before she started the massage, she explained everything in detail before hand; Like what the massage will do to help my body and how it will improve my overall wellness. She also asked me questions on what part of my body hurt and what the pain it felt like, so she could have a better understanding and how she can best utilize her skills to help me. The actual massage was amazing and left my body and mind feeling relaxed. The weighted blanket and other blankets she uses are awesome also! The room was super clean and very nice! Monica was also understanding if you needed to take a restroom break or needed a break for anything else! I would definitely recommend her to anybody who needs some self-care and relaxation!"
