"Ordered for kids basketball team cost $75 and they couldn't be bothered to include dipping sauce. Everyone loves dry chicken, expecially kids right before a game."
"We hadn't been to a Chick-fil-A in years, thinking that a chicken sandwich was just about the same everywhere, but we got some gift certificates for Christmas, so we decided to use them. We were so pleasantly surprised! The modern menu included the market salad which has berries and apples as well as chicken and mixed greens. It was fresh and delicious as was the apple cider vinaigrette that went with it. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and polite and said "It was my pleasure" when we thanked them. We will definitely come back for that salad and may just give the grilled chicken sandwich a try too. Attitude is important for repeat customers and these people have the right one!"

"We stopped here this evening for our first-ever Chick-fil-A meals and were dutifully impressed with the quality of the food (fluffy chicken tenders), speed of service, and polite and hustling employees collecting orders outside in multiple drive-thru lanes and inside at a service counter. Negatives included lack of table and rest room cleanliness."
