"Trauma and loud disruptive drama don't belong with the workout machines and people who are genuinely trying to be better. It's a nonstarter especially when insurance is paying and we are conveying our displeasure as this is a recurring theme. Please do better soon. God we wanted to love this place and were so hopeful but no longer. Update: At my recent visit I noticed nastiness, coldness and a lack of warmth experienced before. Greeting me was a strain and some wouldn't make eye contact. It is apparent that Staff and a Board member that visits have been conversing. That Staff member and Board member are showing a lack of maturity and the ability to accept criticism and grow from that. It saddens me that it is happening and it will surely continue as I don't see elevated behaviors coming from this facility but for the Personal Trainers and those at check-in. It's appalling how this is clearly a general behavioral practice and the conditions of their hearts for service to others. I will reiterate: It is a lack of maturity in leadership positions and a lack of empathy for some of those they are tasked serve."
