"I'm only giving Cox Women's Clinic one-star because of nurse practitioner Kelly she is a gynecologist nurse practitioner very unprofessional also I'm giving this because I need to also call out Lacey which was the girl that answered the phone so I had an appointment yesterday and I have been waiting for this appointment for ever and I am going through the worst menopause my mother has said she has ever seen in her life and I called saying I might be a couple minutes late was told if I'm late 10 minutes I will be rescheduled or push back I said push back will be okay but I'm scheduled can't happen I I feel like I'm losing myself I need to be on some medicine two years ago I went to this place and they put me on some birth control that never helped at all they I told him I'm going through menopause by moms went through it early they ignored it so I'm lost in the parking lot there on time and every parking spot is taken every combat car I are compact car sorry was taken by big trucks and SUVs and doctors Tesla's and all of that you know and I have a little Prius and a big old truck came in front of me and took the little lass compact so how am I supposed to get there on time when you guys don't have enough parking and outpatient I was in the elevator on my way up to the fourth floor to Sweet 408 to see Kelly the nurse practitioner talking to Lacey on the phone as I'm going up the elevator she comes back online and says Kelly says she's rescheduling you because you're 10 minutes late I was 15 minutes late because I could not find a parking spot and she told me she would reschedule me I said no I'll find somebody else so my problem is only with Kelly the nurse practitioner for the Women's Clinic please pick a different one if they tell you you're going to get Kelly asked for one of the others she is very unprofessional if she cared about women and how I mean this bad curse that we get she would have had me wait I had no problem waiting if I was going to be a little late but I was in the elevator on my way up and I guarantee Lacey did not tell her that if she did Kelly the nurse practitioner should never be a doctor ever those are my thoughts on Cox women's health for Kelly the fake doctor wannabe doctor that maybe or may not be one I want a real gun ecologist I do not want her I have insurance UnitedHealth Group they were going to be totally paid in full very unprofessional so you guys get one star because of her I'm calling back today to get an appointment and I will not be talking to this girl Lacy they need to let people know when they make an appointment that if you're 10 minutes late the doctor's going to reschedule you even if you come all the way from Forsyth to Branson like I did with a bad wheel bearing on my car and they want me to come back she could have pushed me back there was no reason for her to reschedule so unprofessional Kelly is what I'm going to call her"

"My daughter was close to a kidney infection and at our visit with Kelly gosh and it was not detected. No uti. The hospital said otherwise! Disappointed!!!"

"I LOVE DOCTOR WOODS!! I had two wonderful healthy boys with this OBGYN. Yes they are a busy office but they care for their patients. Dr. Woods continues to educate herself and patients. I was not told how to lay or push. She works with the laboring mother and was wonderful about my birth plans. I have anxiety and NOBODY could calm me like Dr. Woods. I actually miss her so much , just going to my appointments brought me so much joy. I have had some people say she talks too fast, but so do I! I learned to write down my questions and she never once rushed me. She took time to make sure Dad and I were both mentally prepared and physically prepared. The nurses in the clinic are TREMENDOUSLY kindhearted."
