"I contacted Cross Keys about a battery for a Bissell Crosswave. The person I needed to speak with wasn't there at the time so the lady took my name and number. A couple hours later I received a call from Heather. She listened to my issues and even done a bit of research. She told me that she would send me the battery for me to install. I had a couple more questions along the way and each time I called she was more than helpful and pleasant! The battery ended up not being the problem so I sent it back (paying shipping) and they refunded the battery to my account. Highly recommend Cross Keys. Great customer service!"
