"Went to ER to be seen for extreme nausea and had been dizzy to the point I couldn’t walk, I was seen by Dr. PHAN and let me just say he is by far the rudest belittling judge mental doctor I’ve ever seen, tried to ask questions he would not answer just kept telling me see my doctor. I had asked if he could check my ears or if there was something else that could be causing my problem. And his exact words and I quote do not come back here. I’m a 33yr old male and it literally brought tears to my eyes to be told by a DR. to not return. I have been seen a few days prior to some symptoms I have been having and was told then if anything gets worse, please come back do not hesitate, so that is what I did, and then, for Dr. PHAN to treat me the way that he did And to tell me do not come back. Was honestly…. I don’t have the words. Thank you to the other staff that had plenty of respect and reassurance that I would be OK. Kindness goes a long way"

"Wish I could give negative stars. Family member went to ER due to losing ability to walk, use left side limbs, and all the other classic stroke symptoms. Family member had history of stroke. Dr. Phan was going to discharge my family member with no treatment and blamed it on low magnesium. I had to refuse to pick up family member and force Dr. Phan to admit this person to the hospital. He was rude, condescending, wouldn't listen, treated us like my family member was malingering. I will.be filing a complaint with Mosaic Life Care anD tMOA MEDICAL BOARD."

"If I could give him a negative million I would. Ge is a horrible Dr and human being. He allowed my mother to lay in a bed in the ER at liberty hospital for an hour and a half as inexperienced people tried to start an IV then my mother breathing was getting worse I ran out of the room and said my mother needs attention she can’t breath. The horrible Dr then had to ventilate her and told me that she might die they the night. He has horrible bed side manners and has horrible medical skills. I now he’s no longer at liberty hospital this happened in 2016 ... he doesn’t know what he’s doing and doesn’t care!!! Stay away from him. He’s at center point now he needs to have his license revoked by Missouri board of healing arts."

"I was in ER for seizures, his demeanor was so upsetting. He treated me and my family as though whatever I was having was not important and I could just go home. When asked what was going on with me having these 'episodes' he said he didn't know and was very unconcerned about it. I have been going to Center point for several years and this is the first time I have ever been treated this way."
