Wash City Laundromat - Arnold

"Bathrooms don't have paper towels, nor do they have a way to dry them! When I asked about towels they said they don't provide them...yet they have a sign on their door asking that you please wear a mask and another sign that says they love your business and your health....lol...obviously they do not love our health."

"Arnold Wash City is terrible. Manager Stacy is rude. Bathrooms aren't clean and there is no paper towels or a air dryer to dry your hands. You cant buy little things of soap or bleach unless there is an attendant present and thete isnt always one so make sure you dont forget to anything you may need. Also their cheapest washer is $6. I feel this place a little over priced for the way it looks. I like the Fenton wash city WAY MORE Edit : if you look at their reviews you'll notice how often they respond to the negative reviews trying to invalidate people who have a negative review. Just because some people had a good encounter does t mean everyone does. A good business owner would apologize and ask why you had a bad experience but this business owner just argues or says " don't let one bad reviews push you away " pay attention to that. This business owner does not care about the people who had a bad experience, obey cares about making him or her self look good. Whomever it is responded about Stacy and a $4 washer but not about the bathroom being dirty or not having paper towels and never having someone on duty. Terrible business"

"Best laundromat there is!! Stacey is so friendly and she keeps the place clean. I’ve been to many spots and this one tops them all I drive 15 minutes to go here because it’s a air conditioned, clean, and friendly place with machines always working. They are pricey but worth it!"
