"My mother has been going to them for years for their trusted knowledge in the tax field. However, it has come to light that my mother was no longer required to file taxes for the last five years but KPM continued to charge anywhere from $515 to $650 each year to file a 1040 form. They claim it was at my mother's request, which is false. Why would someone elderly on a fixed income pay $500+ to file taxes that she was no longer required to do so. Be care of this firm, we found them to be unethical in charging for services that were no longer necessary. If you're elderly or file for your elderly parents, make sure you ask them if they are required by the IRS to even file and save yourself the heartache this has caused us."
