"I called Mid American Drain Service about my clogged sink drain. They were the only company that could give me an estimate over the phone. I booked their service for 1 st opening and was given a time frame of 1-2 pm. At 1 pm they called and said a technician was in the way. Soon after that Nick arrived and was able to clean the nasty black blockage. The estimate was spot on and I felt it was very reasonable vs everything other companies told me. "I had the service scheduled between 9 am and 12 pm. I don’t live at the address I needed the service at, so I’m forced to wait around. At 12 pm, I had to call them myself to find out they’re running behind schedule and will come “no later than 2,” so I lose another 2 hours out of my day. At 2, no one comes. I call them again, and they say they will not be able to do the service. They didn’t bother to call me to reschedule or to at least let me know I shouldn’t be wasting my time waiting for them. I ask why, and the woman tells me she will have her supervisor call me. The supervisor never calls. Abhorrent service."
