"Be warned. Look in every possible area they might have been immediately because if you find an issue later on, they will refuse to honor their satisfaction guarantee. Also, insist an inspector comes out after the service, the techs told me an inspector would be coming by at some point, they never showed. I didn't think anything of it at the time, but hindsight, I wish I had insisted since they didn't patch one of the holes they'd made. I'd found a spot they'd cut into my duct and didn't patch up when I contacted them about, they denied they did the cut and that it'd been too long since my service. So back to my warning that you need to double check everything and have an inspector come out. Also, would recommend not booking on a Friday afternoon. The techs left my basement a mess. Dust all over my couch and carpet. Apparently they were in too much of a hurry to clean up afterwards. So again, as far as actual duct cleaning, I'm sure that was fine, but lacking in some other areas."

"I initially didn't schedule service because of timing, but a last-minute same day cancelation opened up within 1 hour of a phone call and text from the company. I asked for an emailed quote but never received any information from the company. They only offered text mesages, which I initially discarded due to not being able to have service between tenants at the rental property. When they arrived, they increased the quote more than 3 times and said my ducts wouldn't be cleaned properly unless I paid more. I said no thank you and passed on service I already paid $100 for them to show up and felt like I was being scammed at this point. Without any further communication, they left the home and were cursing loudly in the front yard as they were leaving the property. The next day, I found the crew had left my brand new hvac system torn apart. At this point, they refuse to put it back together unless I pay more. I never asked them to touch my HVAC unit as it is new, and never authorized anyone to take it apart. I was also never told I had to pay a cancelation fee to put my system back together. This company is a scam."
