"My advice on this company, they charge you at the door, they don’t tell you a quote so they can “accurately diagnose the work” till they are in your house to collect that charge, and for lack of better terms here, if a plumbing company has been around a while like they have, they probably know rough estimates right? And why are they able to write the quotes so fast in the iPads they carry? You be the judge on that wink* wink* and let me tell you they are all going to be way higher then what you expect, just look at the one star reviews, it’s pretty much holding the client hostage. Pay us for an extreme amount on your job or pay us the door charge for no work. Simple as that, better companies are out there trust me. Once again look at the 1 star reviews that’s going to be the best insight on what to expect. Nothing was “took” from anyone that’s accusation and lies on word of mouth that was never addressed to me by Castlewood and was discredited on my end through email to the previous employer. Castlewood knew the company I came from and were more than happy to pick my brain about them during the interview. Castlewood got a non compete sent to them 2 weeks after Castlewood hired me due to me quitting the previous employer and leaving an email to the previous employer that was bragging about going to “Castlewood” and how much better it was, in which the previous employer sent a copy of the non compete that was just to “remind” me and them (Castlewood) not to intentionally solicit any of their (previous employer) employees or to go after their (previous employer) clients. After I received multiple emails from the CEO of my previous employer stating they didn’t mind me working at Castlewood and was 100% okay with me staying employed at Castlewood and they (previous employer) meant no harm. I was still let go. So no back bone from the owners of Castlewood for their employees as well. Nobody is disgruntled but I feel bad for the clients I had to take advantage of both times I worked there due to the platform that is set. Which isn’t false on my end. No quotes over the phone Need to look at the job to quote this will cost a door charge. Quotes are given and are extremely overpriced Client either pays extremely high price or pays for no work done and less that 30 minutes of time because quotes are conveniently quick to write up. Look at Scott Wolff’s review that is a great review to sum up this business."

"Would not suggest this company. My grandmother wanted quotes for a drain cleaning. And they took advantage of my grandmother and they charge her for not doing a dang thing. This company takes advantage of the old and feeble. There is no integrity with this company and the way they spoke to her was garbage. The quote given was double the price of the competitor. Plus the competitor offered a free quote and inspection this company works off taking advantage not good work or good employees #snakeoilsaleaman Customer service =0 Service= -2"
