"We will not return. Sorry pup for putting you through that. Update 8/30/23: Took Hank (WPG) to the vet, who said his coat is bottom coat is damaged, due to the shaving that PetSmart grooming did. His matting is worse than before because of this, and we need to expect to use a lot of time and money to get his coat back to its natural state. If you have a WPG, or any wire-haired breed, stay FAR FAR AWAY!"
"They were able to take my dog for his monthly nail trim and grind immediately. The groomers teamed up to calm him and perform the trim and grind service. Highly recommend this location for this service!"
"I have a small, very timid chihuahua, and this was her first time at the groomer, I was very worried and watched through the window when she was combed out, the staff was very attentive and gentle with her, they stroked her to calm her down, I really liked it. We brought her home and the dog was really very clean, I asked them not to touch her ears, because she really doesn’t like it and I clean them myself, and they listened, in short, I was satisfied and the dog too!"
"Competitively priced, and it’s possible to get an appointment in within the week. Other places I’ve called nearby are scheduling into November and it’s not even October!"
