"We purchased 10 trees from Heavenly Creations last year. We had one tree that died so we contacted Nathan and he came out and looked at the tree and said that he would replace the tree. He said it would be a few weeks because he would have to order one, and he would call us when it got in. We waited a couple of months and had not heard from Nathan, my husband made several calls and left several messages and no one bothered to return our call. So we stopped by and talked to Nathan and he apologized and said that he had injured his hand but once he was able he would be out to replace the tree. We were very understanding of the situation, and told him no worries just let us know when the time came. It has been almost a year since he originally planted the trees, 9 of them are growing well, but they have not replaced the tree that had died, we have called and left several messages, and Nathan is ignoring our calls. In our experience this company did not live up to their word and stand behind their product. I would recommend that you do not use this company, because dodge your calls when a problem occurs"
