"I had a gas leak a couple of months ago, they sent Rook out and he did an amazing job. Very pleased and highly recommend. He was knowledgeable, efficient and answered all my questions. They also repaired my sewer line a few years ago."

"I just used them to replace a shower mixing valve and trim. Very nice to work with and did a great job! The price was very reasonable when compared to what I paid a larger nation-wide company, whose two word name starts with the same letter, to clean my drain clog. Won’t be calling them ever again but for sure recommend Farr Better!"

"Superb service at a great price. Another company lied about our clogging issue at our house and tried to take me for a couple thousand dollars. Since then Farr Better has been the ONLY call we’ll make to work on our plumbing. Honest, hard working, job completing, never an extended ask to buy things that aren’t necessary. I will always use and recommend Farr Better."

"Update… Jan 15, 2024… The owner called me and offered to send someone out. We met with them and got the fridge working. Bumping this from a one-star to a two-star. If we can be made whole on the other repair issues/costs and property damage then we’ll update this again. Update… Jan 14, 2024… We notified the owner of FBP that one of the pipes they ran in the attic froze (again). Today is Sunday and as of this last Friday we have been running a space heater non-stop in the attic and despite that, FBP’s water pipe still froze. The frozen water pipe is connected to the refrigerator so there isn’t a good way to put a drip on that line to keep it from freezing. Why FBP ran water pipes in an attic of a brand-new home is beyond us. My family would be happy to update this review based on FBP’s response to these ongoing plumbing issues and making us whole on all the property damage it’s caused. ——- Update — 6-28-2023 — The owner of the company contacted us. He made no offer to help make our family whole but instead he referenced this google review and threatened to sue my family for “slander and harassment.” Due to his threats, we have asked the owner to no longer contact us directly (unless he’s willing to help). — Today is 6-27-2023 and I’m willing to update this review, depending on FBP’s actions. My family built a new home and we have had numerous issues including FBP putting the basement floor drain in the wrong room and improperly installing a sump pump which contributed to our basement flooding. Greene County later told us that the sump didn’t meet code due to the other pipes FBP had stuck into the basin lid. FBP and our builder haven't confirmed or denied they were aware of this. In addition to setting our sump pump system up so that it would run 52 weeks a year, FBP didn't add any layers of freeze protection to the sump pump discharge and the actual sump basin initially didn't have any holes in it. And because the floor drain wasn’t installed in the mechanical room, it worsened the flood damage. FBP has hinted to us that these issues should be resolved by our builder but our builder is giving us the runaround and our records show that we paid a lot of money to FBP and our expectation is that FBP stand behind their work and not hide behind whatever arrangement they may or may not have with their business partner. FBP also ran pex water pipes in the attic, which our family believes is a terrible idea since we live in Missouri and every year it gets cold here. Not only did FBP run water pipes in the attic but those pipes weren't properly insulated and so they froze in Dec 2022 and only a month after moving into the new home. Travis with FBP blamed the lack of insulation on our builder but our builder has yet to confirm it was his oversight. We have asked FBP a couple of times to guarantee the pipes that they ran in the attic won’t freeze again in the future and they haven't provided us that guarantee. It's our family's opinion that it's unethical for FBP to not guarantee the pipes THEY decided to run in the attic won't freeze again in the future. Our family would have never agreed to running pipes in the attic if we were told by FBP that they couldn't guarantee they wouldn't freeze. As I write this, my builder and FBP have not made my family whole for the flood damage that occurred in Dec 2022 (over 6 months ago). There is much more in the way of photos and additional property damage that we have and may update this post with later."
