"The steam room is constantly out of service, the pool is shared with swim teams so there are only 3 lanes open most of the time and their hours of operation change often without a heads up. I have gone up there to swim several times to find out that have closed. Terrible customer service. When concerns are brought to them, they make excuses and do nothing to make the situation right. Not getting the services that I’ve paid for monthly."
"I’d give five stars for the aquatic area alone if they offered an alumni discount… nope, not even a dollar."

"Nice, intimate basketball court for a Division 1 school. Not a bad seat in the place. Very clean. Seats could be more comfortable. Railings were appreciated going up and down the stands. We enjoyed the environment."
