"Great company, great service! I moved into a house in July with a bedbug infestation from previous tenants. It was a few weeks before Bug-A-Way could come heat treat the house, but it was definitely worth the wait (I was even bumped up a week earlier than expected due to a cancellation). The heat treatment seemed to very effective, and we didn’t see any activity for the first few weeks. I had a few small bites and found a tiny live bug a few weeks later when I was cleaning, and they came out to inspect within a few days and sprayed the house again since it was still under warranty. Bedbugs are really really hard to get rid of, so I understood that *realistically* there would probably be a few bugs leftover that needed to be sprayed again. They said they would happily come back to spray again in two weeks if necessary. They also stuck around to answer my questions on how to see if the bug droppings are recent and relevant, and how to properly clean my house without disturbing the spray. They suggested bathing my cats as a precaution, but I like being alive, so I will not be doing that unless absolutely necessary. Overall, really great service!"

"We have used them for over a year now but that ends tomorrow. They was great in the beginning, our guy called and double checked appointments and always showed up when he said he would and we had NO BUGS. About 6 months ago our guy left the company and we have had nothing but problems since. Our tech never comes unless we call and when we do call the office we have been talked to like we are stupid. We now see spiders daily and ants all around our sink. We bought TERRO packs and they’ve done better than our tech has in 6 months. We were even told 3 different times that they got “a new system” so we wasn’t showing up. But after calling them every month you’d think they would add us to the list. Like I said we have been customers for over a year and we won’t be anymore and if you want good service this isn’t the place anymore."
