"In April I purchased $125 worth of seed and weed killer. My yard looks the worst ever. I went back a week ago and got crab grass killer. Help were very polite and helpful. However. When I returned today the Boss had no sympathy about my lack of grass when I showed him photos. And said we had least rain and many lawns died. I had hoped that he would have " worked" something out, but like their advisement, It was not IDIOT PROOF. LOST CUSTOMER"
