"I visited your website and thought that I found the flower arrangement that I was looking for and I called and spoke with you asking many questions about the options of the different levels of standard, deluxe and premium in the love and romance special for Valentines flowers. Your red roses pictured on your website along with knowing that red roses are synonymous with love and Valentines Day led (mis-led) me to believe that 1. You knew what you were doing and 2. I was buying red rose arrangement for my Valentine. The arrangement we received is a beautiful arrangement but nothing red about it. I find your website marketing to be very deceptive and do not appreciate that you have brought this negative vibe to a beautiful day."
