Customer service is so very important, and she kicked it out of the park! I'd called in to have a plant delivered to a patient, she had a line she was attending to, but called me RIGHT back. She talked me through what the plant looked like, wrote on the card for me & everything! I know, especially hospitals, are over the ways of the world right now. But you wouldn't have been able to tell it from this gal. Handling business with such a positive attitude is so refreshing!"
